This reader was developed as part of the Pohnpei State Department of Education’s “Pohnpei Studies Reader” series in collaboration with NGO Pasifika Renaissance to enable Kapingamarangi students to learn their history as part of the Pohnpei Studies curriculum. The production of this reader was funded by UNESCO’s Participation Programme, which was administered by the FSM Office of National Archives, Historic Preservation, and Culture.
